Questions
before you start.
Are the demo numbers Michael’s?
No. All amounts, customers, results and AI examples in the public demo are fictional. The demo pulls no data from Lagoni or any other customer’s systems.
Do I have to switch my POS or bookkeeping software?
We start by looking at what you already use. At Lagoni, Shopbox and Dinero (two Danish systems) are part of the setup. We confirm which connections are possible for your business before we hook anything up.
How often are my numbers updated?
Lagoni’s setup gives an overview every hour. How current your numbers are depends on your systems’ data and on when expenses get recorded. A running overview is not the same as closed books.
Does KYN replace my accountant?
KYN gives you an overview for everyday decisions. Your bookkeeper or accountant still handles the work you’ve agreed on, and the final financial statements. AI suggestions should always be weighed against what you know about your business.
Does it work outside the coffee business?
Yes. Setup covers cafés, restaurants, bakeries, retail shops, salons and service businesses, among others. Categories and targets are tailored to the type of business, and we work out the specific system needs together.
